These terms describe authorized use, required output review, prohibited activity, and service availability for Statement2Excel.ai.

Agreement with the operator
These terms form an agreement between you and Jianlong Zhang, acting as an individual / sole proprietor and operating Statement2Excel.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Authorized use
You may process only documents you own or are authorized to handle. You are responsible for following applicable privacy, banking, employment, accounting, and record-retention requirements.
Review of outputs
Extraction and classification can be uncertain. You must review exported dates, amounts, balances, descriptions, categories, and reconciliation warnings before relying on them for accounting, tax, credit, compliance, or other decisions. The service is not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Prohibited use
- Uploading documents without authorization.
- Attempting to access another user's documents, jobs, or exports.
- Bypassing rate, file, security, or retention controls.
- Introducing malware or using the service to attack third parties.
- Representing unreviewed output as guaranteed accurate.
Service availability
Conversion availability may be limited during maintenance, security response, capacity protection, or service changes. The service may reject unsupported, malformed, encrypted, unauthorized, or unsafe documents. Published pricing and usage limits, when applicable, form part of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen.

Questions
